At One Dev, we strive to provide high-quality, world-class learning experiences. However, we recognize that situations may arise where learners request a refund.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@onedev.club. Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within seven (7) business days with 25% less than the original amount paid.
Certain scenarios are not eligible for refunds, including:
Courses that are already commenced and substantially accessed
Certificates that have already been issued
Subscriptions that are mid-billing cycle
Discounted or promotional purchases
Scholarship and referral programs
For courses purchased through third-party platforms such as app stores, learners must follow the refund process of the respective provider.
If One Dev cancels a course or significantly alters its delivery in a way that affects your ability to complete it, you will be entitled to either a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.
The Refund Policy applies only to courses and programs purchased directly through One Dev. Third-party terms may apply where purchases are made outside of our platform. For assistance or more information, please contact us at info@onedev.club.
